Dingshan town

Dingshan town is located in Bazhou District, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. It was established in 1951, changed into a commune in 1958, restored in 1984 and established in 1993. Dingshan town is located in the southeast of Bazhou District, 48 kilometers away from Baicheng. It borders on Daluo town in the East, Fengxi town in the south, Yushan Town in the West and Liangyong town in the north. It has jurisdiction over 22 villages, 2 neighborhood committees and 104 villager groups, with a population of 24892 (2017), covering an area of 74.08 square kilometers. On July 25, 1998, the villagers of group 5, Baijian village, Fengxi Township excavated a stone tablet from the ancient tomb of Southern Song Dynasty in the water conservancy project of Xia Dynasty.
