Historical evolution

In 1961, it was divided into ximenggezhuang commune and Langfang commune.

In December 1981, Langfang town was divided into Langfang City (county level), and beishijiawu township was established, which governed 30 villagers' committees of Langfang town.

In January 2021, beishijiajia township of anci district was abolished and beishijiajia town was established, with the former administrative region of beishijiajia township as the administrative region of beishijiajia town.
