Luodu town

Luodu Town, belonging to Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southeast of Yuechi and on the Bank of Qujiang River. It is the only way for Guang'an to go south to Chongqing. Luodu town covers an area of 77.57 square kilometers and has a population of 71983 (in 2019).

Luodu town is an important commodity and material distribution center and political, economic and cultural center in the southeast of Yuechi County; the location of Guang'an Luodu high tech Industrial Development Zone and Guang'an port Yuechi port area, the water and land hub in eastern Sichuan and northern Chongqing, the important transportation Town, industrial town, cultural town of Guang'an City, and the important part of Luodu Fulong auxiliary city in the southern group; the first batch of small towns in Sichuan Province It is one of the 32 pilot towns in Sichuan Province.

On December 11, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns in Guang'an City (cfzm [2019] No. 16): Sailong town and Dafo Township were abolished, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of Luodu Town, and Luodu Town People's government was stationed at No. 160 Xingluo street.

Evolution of organizational system

In 620 (the third year of Wude in Tang Dynasty), Shijing county was divided into Xinmin County, belonging to Hezhou. Later, because of taboo Taizong Li Shimin taboo, more Xinming county. The county is governed by Luodu Town, Yuechi County, Sichuan Province.

In 733 (the 21st year of Kaiyuan), the Prefecture was changed to Hechuan county.

In 758 (the first year of Qiande), the county was changed to Hezhou. Xinming County successively belongs to it.

In 973 (the sixth year of Kaibao of Song Dynasty), the county government moved to Xinming township of Yuechi County, which still belongs to Hezhou.

In 1275 (the 12th year of the Yuan Dynasty), it belonged to Guang'an Prefecture.

In 1283, Xinming county was merged into Yuechi County.

From the Daoguang period of Qing Dynasty to the early years of the Republic of China, it was named LUODUXI farm, belonging to zima township of Yuechi County.

In 1921 (the tenth year of the Republic of China), it was named LUODUXI Township, belonging to the third defense area.

In 1929 (18 years of the Republic of China), Luodu Township belonged to the fourth defense area.

In 1940 (the 29th year of the Republic of China), Luodu was changed into a town, and the next summer it was a township.

In October 1950, it was attached to the ninth defense area.

In 1952, Luodu town was established.

In 1952, eight to ten villages in Tongxing township (now Tongxing Town, Yuechi County) and Jinshui township (now Gaoping Jinshui township), five to seven villages in Shengguan township (now Shengguan Town, Gaoping District, Nanchong City) were assigned to Yuechi County; Xinchang township (now Xinchang Town, Yuechi County), Tashui township (now tashuiqiao village, Xinchang Town) and Luodu Township under Guang'an County were assigned to Yuechi County.

In 1966, Luodu town was renamed Xianfeng town.

In 1971, it was renamed Luodu town.

In 1984, Luodu township was merged into Luodu town.

In 2019, Sailong town and Dafo township will be merged into Luodu town. So far, the administrative region of Luodu town has been formed.

General situation of the town

Luodu Town, located in the southeast of Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, is adjacent to Zhonghe town in the East, Fulong town in the south, Yumin Town, Qifu town and Xiaojia town in Hechuan District in the west, CHUANSHI town and Guansheng town in Guang'an District in the north, close to Qujiang River, 28 km to Yuechi County in the west, 13 km to Guang'an City in the East and 125 km to the main urban area of Chongqing in the south. The primary tributary of Jialing River, Qujiang River, flows more than 4000 meters through the town. Tiaodang river flows through six natural villages, such as yuwangguan and Changchun bridge, and joins Qujiang River at the arch bridge of the town. The town is rich in water resources, fertile land, humid climate, four seasons, has always been rich in rice and corn. The town is located along the river, and the Qujiang River flows down from east to west. The river is rich in sand and pebbles, and the big river fish are famous. Yibei highway and Zaoyan highway cross the town center in a "cross" shape. Luodu port area of Guang'an port is constructed, and Ba Guang Yu Expressway and Sui Guang Expressway cross the town. Radio, television and communication form a network; culture, education and health are popularized in the whole town.

Luoduchang town has the third people's Hospital of Yuechi County, Luodu middle school, a secondary model high school in Sichuan Province, and population gathering units such as Luodu primary school, Sailong primary school, Sailong secondary school and Dafo primary school.

Seasonal climate

Luodu town is a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone, with the common climate characteristics of Sichuan Basin: four distinct seasons, early spring, hot summer, cool autumn and warm winter. Spring warms early; summer is long and hot, sunny weather is more after summer; autumn cools quickly, low temperature comes early; winter is short and warm, less frost and snow, daily average temperature is generally above 0 ℃. Due to the influence of topography, the climate vertical difference between the north and the southeast is obvious. In the northern low mountain area, the temperature is lower and the rainfall is less; in the southeast hilly area, the temperature is higher and the rainfall is more.

By the end of 2007, Luodu town had jurisdiction over 2 communities and 16 natural villages. Community: Xingsheng community, Linjiang community. Natural villages: zoujiaping village, huangjiaowan village, Wayaogou village, baishuzui village, Shimenzi village, qijiagou village, yunmensi village, loufangwan village, chenjiatang village, xiematai village, yuwangguan village, Changchun Bridge Village, diaoyan village, Hualongqiao village, tongziping village and linshuisi village.

The industrial foundation of Luodu town is good. There are 5 Enterprises above Designated Size, such as Aizhong group FuliuTan Power Generation Co., Ltd., Tailong Chemical Co., Ltd., Taixin Chemical Co., Ltd. and Zhoulong Chemical Group Co., Ltd. in the jurisdiction. In 2003, Luodu chemical park was listed as a high energy consumption Industrial Park in the county, with a planning area of 1000 mu. By the end of 2010, the cultivated land area of the town was 13678 mu, including 8729 mu of good farmland; there were 5 small second type reservoirs and more than 50 ponds; the total output value of the town reached 206 million yuan, the output value of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size reached 320 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers reached 5280 yuan, the social fixed assets investment reached 80.51 million yuan, the slaughter of live pigs reached 27000, and the financial non tax income reached 3.4 million yuan. With the goal of building "Yuechi sub center, Guang'an South Group, Sichuan Chongqing bridgehead and Chongqing back garden", Luodu town plans to build a large industrial park (Industrial Park), open two main lines (Fuluo Avenue and Gaoxin Avenue), promote three major projects (ship lock, dike and high-speed connection), and create four plates (Jiangbei Industrial Park, old urban area, Lingang New Area and Jiangnan Industrial Zone) To implement five major projects (provincial key towns, beautiful environment demonstration towns, family planning key monitoring towns, 1 million ton water supply project, China security "smart low carbon production city demonstration area") and vigorously promote the construction of key projects. On both sides of the Qujiang River, 300 mu of sesame, 300 mu of peanut and 300 mu of sand pot radish are planted, 500 mu of vegetables are planted in shallow hilly and flat areas, and 2000 mu of rice and corn are high-yield demonstration; 10000 native chickens, 200 boxes of bees, 15000 ducks and 20000 Jin of fish are raised in rivers, reservoirs and ponds to vigorously promote the construction of agricultural industry.
