Xin'an Town, subordinate to Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Zhengding County, adjacent to Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway in the East, Zhengding town in the south, ZAOXIAN Township and Nanlou Township in the west, and Leping Township in the north, with an administrative area of 43.66 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Xin'an town was 40075.
In 1949, it was Wuxing township; in 1986, it was withdrawn from the township and changed to Xin'an town. As of June 2020, Xin'an town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages.
In 2011, the financial revenue of Xin'an town was 14.68 million yuan, including 9.5 million yuan of national tax and 5.18 million yuan of local tax. In 2018, there were 324 industrial enterprises in Xin'an Town, including 11 above scale enterprises and 5 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1949, it was named Wuxing township.
In 1953, it was changed into Wuxing management area.
In 1961, Wuxing commune was established.
On January 16, 1984, it was restored to Wuxing township.
In 1986, the township was withdrawn and Xin'an town was established.

History and culture
Xin'an town was formerly known as huangjiaying. At the end of the Tang Dynasty, a Qi surname built a "Yuanheng Temple" near the village, and people moved to settle around it one after another. The villagers named Xin'an with the intention of settling down again. Xin'an town is named after the people's government's station in Xin'an.
