Shizhuang commune was established in 1958, Shizhuang township was changed in 1982, and Yongfeng Road street was changed in 1986. In 1997, with an area of 14.2 square kilometers and a population of 10000, Beijing Kowloon Railway passed through. It has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages, including jijiapu, Shizhuang, baiefeng, Hehua, haojiapu, jiangjiazhuang, Yongfeng, linjiazhuang and Taipingzhuang.

CIGS solar cells and modules are the latest and most potential products in the solar energy industry. The production process is environmentally friendly, clean and energy-saving. Optical power transformation is not only energy saving but also energy creation, which is a new energy product encouraged by the state. Solar energy industry is a glorious cause of far-reaching historical significance to protect human survival, improve living standards, maintain ecological balance, solve global warming and benefit future generations. The first phase plans to produce 200mwcigs flexible thin film solar cell modules; the second phase plans to expand production to 600MW.
