Tiefotang town
Tiefutang town is a town under the jurisdiction of Nanbu County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. It is located on the main road of Nanqu Road, on both sides of Xihe River, 22 kilometers away from the county seat. Fuli town in the East, nanlianmei hometown, Dafu Township, Pingqiao Township in the west, and Panlong, Bilong border, covering an area of 25.6 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over Ma'an, Guogong, Sanqing, huangjuedian, Houdi, tiefutang, Shiqiaopu, jiajiadian, Jiaping, Xinger, shikeya, Gongshanmiao and other 12 administrative villages, mainly of Han nationality. The area of cultivated land is 9574 mu, including 4324 mu of paddy field, 5250 mu of dry land and 0.7 mu of cultivated land per capita. The forest coverage rate is 48%, the average annual rainfall is 1100 mm, and the average annual temperature is 15.8 ℃.
The town is a shallow hill landform, high in the West and low in the East. The Xihe River crosses the territory. There are small flat dams along the river. Shikeya mountain, the highest peak, is 436.1 meters above sea level, and Xihe River, the lowest, is 306.8 meters above sea level.
In October 2019, Bilong township will be abolished and its administrative area will be put under the jurisdiction of tiefutang Town, where the people's government will be stationed at No. 6, Zhengjie street.
brief introduction
Lidu township was established in 1940 and moved to tiefotang in 1992. It was named after its residence. Tiefotang town is connected with Panlong town in the north, Fuli town in the south, Mei hometown in the West and Bilong Township in the East. It covers an area of 25.6 square kilometers and has an altitude of 399 meters.
It has a subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons. The landform is dominated by shallow hills. The town has a total of 9574 mu of arable land, the land is relatively barren, mainly to shiguzi land, yellow mud land. The town governs 12 villages and 97 villager groups, with a total population of 9545 (2017).

Tiefotang town mainly produces grain and oil, live pigs and fruits. The main food crops are rice, wheat, corn, sweet potato and so on. The economic crops are mainly rape, peanut and pepper. The main fruits are crisp sweet pomelo, jujube, Sydney, loquat, etc. Since 2012, the town has mainly developed walnut based dry fruit industry. In 2012, more than 1500 mu of high-quality walnut has been planted, and 4500 mu is planned to be developed.

In 2004, the town's total grain output was 5936 tons, 207 tons more than the same period last year, an increase of 3.6%; the total oil production was 1311 tons; the total fruit production was 1100 tons; the total vegetable production was 2933 tons; 7815 pigs were sold; 82000 small poultry and livestock were raised; the total rural economic income was 33.32 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 2310 yuan, an increase of 203 yuan over the previous year. There are 11 new individual businesses, 3742 labor services exported, generating 9.6 million yuan of income, 1.22 million yuan of fiscal revenue, 3.75 million yuan of investment, and 95% of the family planning rate.
In 2006, the total rural economic income of the town was 38.686 million yuan, the total grain output was 4998 tons, and the per capita net income of farmers was 2618 yuan.
Science, education, culture and health
There are 14 party branches in the town, with 281 party members at the end of 2006. There are two primary schools, including one primary school and one private school. There is a town health center and 12 village medical stations. One municipal nursing home for the elderly.
All the rural power grids in 12 villages of the town have been reconstructed. There are more than 800 program-controlled telephones, more than 1000 mobile phones and more than 10 home computers. The construction area of the town is 0.8 square kilometers, with more than 700 residents. There are two farmers' markets, and the market trade is very active. The forest coverage rate is over 40%.
