Heizhugou town is under the jurisdiction of Ebian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province. It is located in the middle of Xiaoliangshan mountain, 50 kilometers southwest of Ebian Yi Autonomous County, covering an area of 200.71 square kilometers. It is the only pure Yi Town in the county.

Heizhugou town became Xihe Township in 1952, Xihe Yi Autonomous Township in 1954, Xihe commune in 1966, Sihe commune in 1981, Sihe Township in 1984, Sihe town in 1992 and Heizhugou town in 2002. E (Bian) Mei (GU) highway transit. It has jurisdiction over five village committees, namely Xihe, Yiwu, Gujing, machuqian and didigu. Agriculture mainly produces corn, soybean and potato. On May 18, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Leshan City to adjust the administrative divisions of some villages and towns in Ebian Yi Autonomous County and Mabian Yi Autonomous County (cfgm [2020] No. 3): haqu township was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Heizhugou town. Heizhugou town was renamed in 2002. In 1952, Heizhugou town became Xihe township; in 1954, Xihe Yi Autonomous township was built; in 1966, Xihe commune was changed; in 1981, Sihe commune was renamed; in 1984, Sihe township was established; in 1992, Sihe town was built; in 2002, Sihe town was renamed Heizhugou town.
