Qingpianxiang

Qingpian township is located in the east of Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, adjacent to Yonghe in the southwest and Songpan in the north, with an area of 543.62 square kilometers and a total population of 2727 (2017). Along the Dun (upper) qingpian highway and Beichuan Maoxian highway, it is 90km away from Qushan. The village is 1200-4769 meters above sea level, with large temperature difference between day and night, long winter and short summer, cold and cool, and little rain. The forest area is 470000 mu, the volume of standing trees is 7.83 million cubic meters, and the forest coverage rate is 55.6%.
