Li Li Town, named after the homonym of "Li Cun Ba", is a town set up in Santai County of Sichuan Province by withdrawing the township.

On December 25, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Guanghui town and Licheng town were approved to be abolished, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of laoma town. The people's Government of laoma town was stationed at No. 19 Xiaxin street.

Historical evolution

Mileage town is a town set up in Santai County of Sichuan Province by withdrawing townships and establishing towns.

In 2017, with the approval of the people's Government of Sichuan Province, Licheng township was abolished in Santai County and mileage town was established, with the administrative region of the original mileage township as the administrative region of mileage town.

On December 25, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, Guanghui town and Licheng town were approved to be abolished, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of laoma town. The people's Government of laoma town was stationed at No. 19 Xiaxin street.

Evolution of organizational system

Before liberation, mileague town was under the jurisdiction of laoma town (now laoma town) and Zunsheng town (now Zhengsheng town).

In 1952, when the land reform was completed and the democratic government was established, some villages were set aside from laoma and Zunsheng townships to form alliance townships.

In 1955, when the administrative division was adjusted, the alliance township was abolished, and the jurisdiction was laoma and Zunsheng.

In 1960, the original area under the jurisdiction of Lianhe township was restored and the mileage people's commune was established. It is named after the mileage dam (colloquial name: Lichun dam or Lichun dam).

In 1984, it was changed into Licheng Township, belonging to Liuying district.

In 1992, the district was withdrawn and the township was built. Incorporated into Liuying Town, it is the mileage office.

In 1995, mileage was separated from Liuying town and set up as Licheng township.

In 2017, the township was changed into mileage town.

In 2019, laoma Town, mileage town and Guanghui town will be merged to form a new laoma town.
