Jiancheng Street

Jiancheng street, a street under the jurisdiction of Jianyang City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, was approved by the people's Government of Sichuan Province on December 30, 2013. Jiancheng Street office is located at 116 Zhengzhong street. The area under the jurisdiction of Jiancheng street is basically the area under the jurisdiction of the original Jiancheng Town, including the vast majority of Jianyang old city. Although Jianyang municipal government moved to shehongba street in Hedong New District in 2010, Jiancheng street is still the economic, cultural and commercial center of Jianyang City.

Evolution of organizational system

Jiancheng street, formerly known as Jiancheng Town, was approved by the people's Government of Sichuan Province on December 30, 2013. It is the seat of the former government of Jianyang City and has always been the economic, cultural and business center of Jianyang City.

When Jiancheng street was first set up, it included all the jurisdiction areas of the original Jiancheng Town, 8 communities and 6 communities near Jiancheng town in yuanshiqiao Town, 16 villages such as xindajie community and Xinwu village in the original new town.

On May 16, 2014, with the approval of Sichuan people's government, Jianyang City set up new Yangliu street and shiliba street. The area originally belonging to Shiqiao Town was under the jurisdiction of Yangliu street, the area originally belonging to new town was under the jurisdiction of shiliba street, Xingguang village and Yuandeng village originally belonging to Jiancheng town were under the jurisdiction of shehongba street. So far, the jurisdiction of Jiancheng street is basically the jurisdiction of the original Jiancheng town.

Jiancheng street has 16 communities including Anxiang street community, Baita community, Chuantuo community, chuankong community, Jianshe Road community, Government Street community, Nanjie community, Xinmin Street community, Huayuan street community, Shuncheng Street community, Jianshe Middle Road community, Binjiang Road community, Jinshui street community, Chuangong community, Huaxi community, central community, Dajing community, gaowu community, Hongta community There are nine agricultural communities, including thrifty community, Longya community, minwang community, Sanhu community, Shengyang community and Xifeng community, and eight administrative villages, including Shunhe village, Mianfeng village, Kanghe village, Longshan Village, Jinguang village, Ji'an village, Dashi village and Dahu village.
