Sanyi Yongxiang
Sanyi Yongxiang is located in the north of Weichang County, 90 kilometers away from the county. East longitude 117.92, north latitude 42.43, area 245.27 square kilometers, belongs to shallow mountain farming, forestry, pastoral areas, soil mostly yellow sandy soil. The climate type belongs to cool temperate continental Semi-arid Mountain monsoon climate in north temperate zone, with frost free period of 125 days, precipitation of 400-500mm and annual average temperature of 4.5 ℃.
The forest area is 207000 mu, including 6547 hectares of natural forest and 7041 hectares of artificial forest, with a forest coverage rate of 56.3%. The Sanchakou operation area of Guoying shanwanzi forest farm is located in the township area, with a forest area of 5580 hectares, a grassland area of 64000 mu, and a river, village, road and barren mountain and beach area of 3932 hectares. The cultivated area is 41700 mu, including 464 hectares of irrigated land and 1108.4 hectares of sloping land. The township governs five administrative villages, namely beisanchakou, Erdi, sanyiyong, dehegong and guaibuluo, with 102 residential groups and 6304 permanent residents (2017). In 2013, the per capita net income was 2256 yuan, and the fiscal revenue was 2.01 million yuan. There is a tributary of Yinhe River, sanyiyong River (commonly known as qibaoqiu River), which originates from Yuanbaoshan of Hongsongwa ranch in Weichang County and joins Yinhe river at the junction of Zhangjiawan Township in Weichang County and Chifeng City in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total length of Sanyi Yonghe River from the source to the confluence is 48 km, the elevation of the source is 1580 m, the elevation of the confluence is 970 m, the difference with the elevation of the source is 610 m, and the average gradient of the river is 12.7 ‰. Beisanchakou village has a total social area of 110500 mu, 5670 mu of arable land, 400 mu of irrigated land, and 40% of tap water coverage. There are 9 natural camps, 29 residential groups, 835 households, and 3083 people. The main economic sources are planting (potato, Chinese herbal medicine) and breeding (sheep). At the end of 2013, the per capita net income was 2283 yuan. The total social area of chuanerdi village is 49925 mu, including 3800 mu of cultivated land, 1800 mu of irrigated land and 50% of tap water. There are 7 natural camps, 10 residential groups, 400 households and 1380 people in total. The main economic source is planting (carrot and potato). At the end of 2013, the per capita net income was 2119 yuan. sanyiyong village has a total social area of 70400 mu, including 7030 mu of arable land, 3500 mu of irrigated land, and 40% of tap water. There are 9 natural camps, 17 residential groups, 487 households, and 1724 people. The main sources of income are planting (carrots, potatoes) and breeding (cattle). At the end of 2013, the per capita net income was 2159 yuan. Dehegong village has a total social area of 67600 mu, including 17000 mu of arable land, 5500 mu of irrigated land, and 80% of tap water coverage. There are 11 natural camps, 25 residential groups, 670 households, and 2340 people. The main source of income is potato and carrot cultivation. At the end of 2013, the per capita net income was 2420 yuan. Guaibuluo village has a total social area of 55500 mu, 8200 mu of arable land, 2200 mu of irrigated land, and 40% of tap water coverage. There are four natural camps, 21 residential groups, 425 households, and 1590 people. The main economic sources are planting and breeding. At the end of 2013, the per capita net income was 2300 yuan.
