Dumo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Lipu City, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Lipu City, adjacent to Xinping town in the East, Xinxu town of Mengshan County in the south, Longhuai and Qingshan towns in the west, Licheng town in the north, 13 kilometers away from Lipu City, with an administrative area of 119 square kilometers.

Before 1953, it belonged to Mengshan county. In 1984, it was called Dumo township. In 1994, the township was changed into Dumo town. By the end of 2018, the total population of Dumo town is 24743, including 21100 agricultural population, and there are many ethnic minorities such as Zhuang, Han, Yao and Miao. By the end of 2019, Dumo town has 1 community and 10 administrative villages, and the town government is located at No. 53, limeng North Road.

In 2018, Dumo town completed a total industrial investment of 144.31 million yuan, including 2 new projects with a total investment of 64.75 million yuan, 19 enterprises in the town with a total investment of 79.56 million yuan in technological transformation, and completed a total tax of 13.2471 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 51.81%.

History of construction

Before 1953, it belonged to Mengshan county.
