Antaixiang
Antaixiang is located in the third peak of Guangxi --- the West foot of Yuanbao. It is located in the middle of Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, 68 kilometers away from Rongshui county. The total area of the township is 293.66 square kilometers, including 1260 hectares of cultivated land, 647.2 hectares of paddy field, 0.41 mu of paddy field per capita, 21391 hectares of forest land, and the forest coverage rate of the township is 78%. The township governs 13 administrative villages, 88 natural villages, 165 villager groups and 23387 people (2017). Miao, Yao, Dong, Zhuang, Han and other five ethnic groups live together, of which ethnic minorities account for 95% of the total population.
Historical evolution
It was called Bajia in the Qing Dynasty and Lin'an Tuan and Antai Township in the Republic of China. In 1951, it belonged to the Tenth District. In 1952, it was called Antai district. In 1958, it was called Wanbaoshan commune. In 1959, it was separated from Wanbaoshan commune and named Lindong commune. In 1962, it was renamed Antai district. On May 8, 1930, more than 3000 Red Army troops entered Miaoshan from Rongjiang county through Fulu town of Sanjiang County, and arrived at Sanfang town for rest on May 18 through Danian, Liangzhai, Dongtou, Antai, Hecun and other places. Commander Zhang Yunyi held a mass meeting under the banyan tree in shajie to expose the crimes of the Kuomintang and publicize the Communist Party's ideas. On the 22nd, the seventh Red Army left the three defenses and entered four places in Luocheng. On November 21 of the same year, more than 7000 members of the seventh Red Army entered Sanfang town from four soldiers in Luocheng. After 10 days of Sanfang rest, they went through Hecun and divided into two routes. All the way through Panrong, zhaihuai, Baizhu, jiaang, Rongdi, Jinlan, Dujing into Dapo village. All the way from hechunkou to Dapo village via Panrong, Dongshui, Tiantou, Xiaodongjiang, Dulang and Xiangfen.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, antaixiang has made great efforts to adjust the agricultural industrial structure with the increase of farmers' income as the center and the industrialization of tea as the breakthrough point, and achieved remarkable results. It has initially formed a characteristic agricultural structure with tea, rape, Chinese fir, bamboo and rice as the main parts, which has laid a solid foundation for the increase of farmers' income in antaixiang. 1. Tea: there are 3389 mu of high-quality tea gardens in the township, and 500 mu of pollution-free tea municipal demonstration sites have been established in Jiangzhu village. The main tea varieties are Fuding DAHAO, Fu'an Dabai, Wuniuzao, yingshuang, Anjibaicha, Guilu No.1 and Longjing Changye. Three tea processing plants have been set up in Dong'an village, Jiangzhu village and Yuanbao village, and the basic situation of vigorously developing tea industrial production in the whole township has been formed. 2. Rape: antaixiang vigorously mobilized the masses to plant rape in winter fallow fields, and achieved remarkable results. 3. Cunninghamia lanceolata: the total area of Cunninghamia lanceolata in antaixiang is 126000 mu. In 2004, 6934 cubic meters of Cunninghamia lanceolata were sold. Cunninghamia lanceolata is one of the main sources of income for farmers in antaixiang. 4. Phyllostachys pubescens: with a total area of 14500 mu, the township sold 30500 Phyllostachys pubescens in 2004, which is one of the main income channels of Antai farmers. The township has 35 sets of small-scale bamboo processing machinery and 35 farmers. 5. Rice: the agriculture of the township is mainly rice planting. In 2005, 10200 mu of rice were planted in the township, including 9800 mu of hybrid rice and 7000 mu of high-quality grain.
tourist resources
Antaixiang, located at the West foot of Yuanbao mountain, is the gateway of Yuanbao mountain tourism. At the same time, Miao, Dong and other ethnic minorities account for more than 90% of the total population of the township. With rich ethnic customs, antaixiang has unique natural tourism resources and folk tourism resources. It is one of the most important tourist destinations in Liuzhou city.
Natural tourism resources
Yuanbaoshan: a National Nature Reserve, it is named because the rocks of Yuanbaoshan mountain are ancient granite. The mountain is steep, uplifted from north to south, slightly concave in the middle and looks like Yuanbao. There are four main peaks, baihuding, Lanping, Yuanbao and nameless. The highest peak is 2086m above sea level, which is the third highest peak in Guangxi. Yuanbaoshan nature reserve is a natural botanical garden, zoo and traditional Chinese medicine garden with abundant rainfall and many kinds of animals and plants. There are more than 200 kinds of original forest tree species, including Abies, Pinus quinquefasciatus, Taxus chinensis var. mairei, Podocarpus brevicaudus, Manglietia Manglietia, Castanopsis hystrix, Pinus Bambusa and other precious tree species. The wild animals include bear, monkey, giant salamander, Shanrui, xiaolingmao, maoguanlu, Sumen antelope, forest musk deer, red bear, etc. There are also traces of "savages", which have been found by villagers of all ages. The main scenic spots are liudiebao waterfall, qidiebao waterfall, 100m waterfall, yanglongtan, xiuhuatai, Jingui mountain, cock crowing, feilaishi, yerenya, Yuanbao sunrise, sea of clouds, etc. it is a natural tourist attraction.
Folk tourism resources
shiyipo: every year on the 11th day of the first lunar month, Miao people from Yuanbao, Xiaosang, Peixiu and other villages gather at lushengping, shiyipo, near zhengduotun, Yuanbao village, to hold grand celebrations. The main activities include large-scale Lusheng trampling hall, horse fighting, bullfighting, art party, etc. Lusheng Festival: it is the largest traditional festival in Antai township. On the 13th day of the first month of the lunar calendar, Miao, Dong and other minority compatriots from Lindong, zhaihuai, Peidi, Dongan, Yaoliang and other villages, dressed in festival costumes, gather in lushengping, shisanpo (place name) near the township government to hold grand festival celebrations. The main activities include large-scale Lusheng trampling hall, horse fighting and horse fighting Bull, bird fight, chicken fight, Miao song, Dong song duet, literature and art performance, etc. Xinhe Festival: every year on the sixth day of the sixth month of the sixth lunar month, the Miao and Dong compatriots in antaixiang, in order to express the joy of the harvest, will feast their guests at home to celebrate the annual "Xinhe Festival". At the same time, grand activities such as horse fighting, bull fighting, bird fighting, basketball games, literature and art parties will be held to celebrate the festival.
