JianZheng Street

JianZheng sub district office is located in the northeast of Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is respectively connected with Xingning District, Xinzhu sub district office and Nanhu sub district office of Qingxiu District, with an area of about 10 square kilometers and a total population of 93360 (2010). In June 1992, JianZheng sub district office was re established. In September 1996, it was merged with Changyu sub district office to form JianZheng sub district office. The office is located at 42-5-1, Changyu road. Currently, there are 23 staff (including 1 temporary post), including 13 national civil servants. It has five offices of Party and government, social affairs, family planning, municipal administration, economy and trade, and two offices of judicial office and labor security office. It has jurisdiction over eight community neighborhood committees, namely Guangyuan, Jianyuan, JianZheng, Minzhu East, Minzhu Road, Changyu Road, Maoqiao and Ertang. All staff of the office are united and strive hard, and have made remarkable achievements in various work. JianZheng Street Service Center covers an area of 3.36 mu, with a construction area of 5505 m2. On the first floor, there is a one-stop certificate processing hall, with windows for population and family planning services, labor and social security, social affairs, Party member services, comprehensive petition and stability maintenance, and rental housing management services for floating population. On the other floor, there are offices and conference rooms of various departments. The completion and opening of JianZheng Street Service Center will further improve the street's office environment and enhance the street's image, which is conducive to improving administrative efficiency and serving the people conveniently. It is a great joy in the politics, economy and life of JianZheng street, and also an important milestone in the development history of JianZheng street. In order to speed up the transformation of the old city and improve the urban road network, the street is not only a key urban construction project, but also a practical and popular project to improve the living environment and quality of life. The first phase of the project involves two major parts, state-owned and collective. In the state-owned part, 47 households (8 units, 8 housing reform houses, 2 public houses and 29 private houses) should be demolished, with an area of 20052.56 square meters. In the collective part, 38 households should be relocated, 33.964 Mu of land should be expropriated, and 13000 square meters of houses and ground attachments should be demolished. In the specific implementation of land acquisition, demolition and resettlement, JianZheng Street adheres to the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, conscientiously implements the requirements of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, makes overall progress, and does a thorough and meticulous mass work, so as to ensure the solid, healthy and orderly progress of land acquisition, demolition and resettlement in the first phase of changgu road expansion project.
