）Shuizhen is located in the middle of Liannan County, 28 kilometers away from the county seat, with a total area of 131.98 square kilometers (2017); it governs five village committees, with a total population of 8232 people (2017). It is the earliest Pai nationality settlement mainly based on forestry, with a history of more than 1400 years. The town has 3323 mu of arable land and 185000 mu of forest, which is one of the key timber bases in Liannan. Woshui town belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate, which is rich in forest, water conservancy, mineral and tourism resources.

Woshui town is rich in hydraulic resources. 20 small hydropower stations have been built with a total installed capacity of 17700 kW. The traffic of woshui town is convenient. There is a 28 km local highway from the county to the town government, and the village committees have opened the highway. At the intersection of Yaolong River and huangjiachong River in woshui Town, there is Panwang temple, the ancestral temple of bapai Yao in Liannan, which is one of the tourist attractions in Liannan.
