Shizheng town

Shizheng Town, belonging to Pingyuan County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, is one of the 268 central towns in Guangdong Province. It has 19 village committees and one neighborhood committee, covering an area of 101 square kilometers (2017) and a population of 31736 (2017). Shizheng town is rich in coal, limestone, porcelain clay, copper, crystal stone, water and other natural resources, as well as Middle East hot springs, Fushi reservoir, Nantai mountain and other tourism resources.

On May 26, 2020, Shizheng town was selected into the list of strong agricultural towns in 2020.
