Maokuishan street, a street under the jurisdiction of Zhenxing District, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Zhenxing District, adjacent to fiber street and Liudaogou street across Jinshan street in the southeast, Guozhen road and fiber street in the southwest, Tongxing town of Zhen'an District in the West and Huayuan street in the Northeast, with a total area of 2.78 square kilometers.
During the period of Japanese occupation, it belonged to Zhongxing district; in January 1979, maokuishan commune was changed into maokuishan street. At the end of 2011, the total population of maokuishan street was 47900. As of June 2020, maokuishan street has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 1 administrative village.

History of construction
During the period of Japanese occupation, it belonged to Zhongxing district.
In the early days of liberation, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhenxing District (the Fourth District), with Taoyuan, Huayuan, Baifang and Hongfang Street offices.
During the period of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, the street office was abolished, Taoyuan and Huayuan streets were under the jurisdiction of Zhenxing Road police station, and Hongfang and Baifang streets were under the jurisdiction of maokuishan police station.
In 1956, maokuishan street was established.
In 1960, maokuishan street was abolished.
In 1969, maokuishan commune was established, with the same jurisdiction as the original maokuishan street.
In January 1979, Maomaoshan commune was changed into Maomaoshan street.
In 1981, a part of the four residents' committees of Hongfang Street (the original four residents' committee of Hongfang street in 1978) was classified as fiber street.

In 1956, maokuishan street had nine communities under its jurisdiction: Hongfang No.1, Hongfang No.2, Hongfang No.3, Baifang, Taoyuan, papermaking, No.2 Middle School (today's biaochanggou) garden and railway.
In 1960, Baifang, Huayuan and No.2 Middle school communities under the jurisdiction of maokuishan street were incorporated into Huayuan commune; six communities, including Hongfang 1, Hongfang 2, Hongfang 3, railway, Taoyuan and papermaking, were incorporated into Liudaogou street.
In 1969, maokuishan street had four streets: Hongfang, Baifang, Taoyuan and Huayuan, and 16 communities.
In January 1979, 16 communities under the jurisdiction of maokuishan street were merged into 10 communities.
At the end of 2011, maokuishan Street governed six communities and one administrative village: tiejingou, hongfangyi, hongfanger, hongfangsan, baifangyi, baifanger and Baifang.
