Torch farm of Guangdong Province is located on the west coast of Leizhou Peninsula, between the two exits of Songzhu town and Longmen town of Zhanjiang Xuzhou Expressway (from Zhanjiang City to Xuwen County), Zhanjiang in the north and Haikou in the south, with convenient sea and land transportation, good social security environment and rich land resources.

The farm is a medium-sized state-owned agricultural enterprise with rubber, sugarcane and sisal as the pillar industries and integrated development of agriculture, industry, commerce, science, education, culture and health. At present, there are more than 7300 people with 1105 employees. At present, the total land area is more than 120000 mu, including rubber area of 19000 mu, sugarcane area of 20000 mu, sisal area of 8000 mu, forest area of 14600 mu, self-employed economic land of 6200 mu; a small power station with an installed capacity of 820 kW has been built, and a 10000 pig factory project is under construction. In 2009, the total social output value of the farm was 117 million yuan, the gross domestic product was 68.86 million yuan, the main operating income was 46.71 million yuan, the profit was 3.69 million yuan, and the average income of the workers was 13000 yuan.
