Hongwan business logistics center (formerly Xiangzhou science and Technology Industrial Park and Hongwan industrial area) was officially opened in December 2001. It is located in the west suburb of Zhuhai City, north of Hengqin Development Zone, west of Zhuhai Free Trade Zone, and west of Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park of high tech Zone.

The total area of Hongwan business logistics center is 2.75 million square meters, of which the transferred land area is 1.9865 million square meters, and the living supporting area is 89000 square meters.
