Biling Street
Biling street, belonging to Pingshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, is located in the southwest of Pingshan District, bordering Baolong street of Longgang District in the north, Meisha street of Yantian District in the south, Malan street and Pingshan street in the East and Yuanshan street of Longgang District in the west, with a total area of 25.35 square kilometers. As of 2017, the number of residents in Bi Ling Street was 67 thousand and 500, and the registered residence was 5 thousand and 100. As of June 2020, biling street has three communities under its jurisdiction.
Biling street is rich in cultural heritage and tourism resources. In 2017, the built-up area was 7.29 square kilometers, the forest land area was 13.33 square kilometers, and the forest land coverage rate was 52.58%. Pingshan district is located in an important position of "one city, one district and two belts" (Bihu cultural health city, slow life ecological leisure area, Pingshan River style belt and modern urban development belt) in the construction of "two cities, two districts and three belts".
As of 2017, biling street has 24 community joint-stock cooperation companies with 5179 shareholders, a registered capital of 563.6 million yuan and an annual output value of 843 million yuan.
Historical evolution
Biling street has a long history. According to the research of Song Dynasty copper coin hoard site in songziling, Han people moved to Pingshan in the Southern Song Dynasty.
In Pingshan area, it belonged to Panyu County of Nanhai County in Qin Dynasty, BOLUO County in Han Dynasty to three kingdoms, Bao'an County in Jin Dynasty to Tang Dynasty and Dongguan County in Song Dynasty.
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Pingshan belonged to Guishan county. From 1684 to 1780, Hakkas moved here one after another. Laowei and luowu became the second villages, which were collectively called pingshanwei.
During the period of the Republic of China, Pingshan belonged to Huiyang county.
From October 1949 to November 1957, Pingshan township was subordinate to the Fourth District of Huiyang county.
In December 1957, the district was withdrawn and the townships were merged into Pingshan township.
In October 1958, Pingshan commune was established and put under Bao'an County in November of the same year.
In July 1983, the commune system was abolished and Pingshan district was set up.
In October 1986, Pingshan Town was established.
In January 1993, Baoan county was divided into Baoan District and Longgang District, and Pingshan Town was subordinate to Longgang District.
In 2004, all towns in Longgang District were removed and streets were set up. Pingshan street is still under the jurisdiction of Longgang District.
On October 20, 2016, Pingshan and Kengzi were divided into Pingshan, Malan, biling, Shijing, Kengzi and Longtian.
On January 7, 2017, Pingshan district was established, and biling street is subordinate to Pingshan district.

History and culture
cultural relics and historic sites
Luling Shiju is located at the foot of biling mountain in Pingshan district. It was built in 1932 and covers an area of 3500 square meters. The name of Luling Shiju comes from the three paintings on the Menlou with the theme of "deer". From an architectural point of view, Luling Shiju is an "alternative" of Hakka enclosed houses. It is similar to the two row house structure and three independent courtyard layout of Han people's ancestral halls. Due to the limited funds, only one turret has been completed, which makes Luling Shiju a single building rare in Hakka enclosed houses Status. The five story fort is for emergency use. The walls of the fort are old and strong. There are two downward inclined gun holes at the four corners of each floor. Combined with the solid wall of the house and the fire-proof moon pool (Fengshui pool), it shows the inherent strong defensive concept of Hakka enclosed houses.

Pengxi National Mine Park
Pengqian National Mine Park is located in tangkeng community, biling street, Pingshan district. The mining area mainly produces marble minerals, and has formed two mine paths of - 40 m level and - 90 m level. The typical karst landform is particularly unique. In other places, stalactites that only "grow" 1 cm in 100 years can "grow" 2-3 cm every year. The park is a tourism park which takes the mine heritage landscape as the main body and integrates other experiential projects.
In August 2005, pengqian National Mine Park ranked first in the evaluation meeting of the first batch of national mine parks.
