Xiaonanxinbao Town, belonging to Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Huailai County, bordering donghuayuan town of Huailai County in the East, Mentougou District of Beijing in the south, Guanting town in the west, Guanting Reservoir in the north, 19.5km away from the people's Government of Huailai County, with a total area of 172.36km2.

In September 1945, xiaonanxinbao town belonged to five districts of Huailai County; in November 2002, it was changed from xiaonanxinbao town to xiaonanxinbao town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xiaonan Xin Bao town was 18852. As of June 2020, xiaonanxinbao town has one community and 21 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in xiaogucheng village.

In 2018, there were 19 industrial enterprises in xiaonanxinpu Town, including one above scale and 23 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In September 1945, xiaonanxinbao town belonged to five districts of Huailai County.

In December 1949, it was a big ancient city in five districts of Huailai County.

In August 1956, xiaonanxinbao township was set up.

In August 1958, it belonged to garden commune.

In June 1961, it was separated from garden commune and set up xiaonanxinbao commune.

In May 1984, xiaonanxinbao commune was changed into xiaonanxinbao township.

In April 1996, waijinggou township was merged into xiaonanxinbao township.

In November 2002, it was changed from xiaonanxinbao township to xiaonanxinbao town.
