Haishan Street
Haishan street, belonging to Yantian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, is located in the middle of Yantian District. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Yantian District and the seat of the district Party committee and government. North of the Wutong Mountain, south of Dapeng Bay, east to Yantian port, West to Sha Tau Kok Street and Chung Ying Street, the jurisdiction area is 5.57 square kilometers. By 2019, Haishan street has six communities under its jurisdiction. As of 2020, the resident population of Hai Shan Street was 61961, of which 22849 were registered residence. There are scenic spots in Guangdong's Wutong Mountain national Forest Park and coastal plank road.
In 2005, the total industrial output value of Haishan street was 35.887 billion yuan, accounting for 92.65% of the total industrial output value of the district in that year.
Historical evolution
In October 1949, Donghe township was established in Shatoujiao.
In April 1950, Shatoujiao became the Second District of Bao'an county.
In October 1952, it was renamed the Sixth District.
In 1954, Shatoujiao town was added to the Sixth District.
In 1961, Shatoujiao commune was set up, which belongs to Henggang district.
In May 1970, Shatoujiao commune was abolished and Yantian commune and Shatoujiao town were restored.
In June 1980, Shatoujiao district was established. In August of the same year, Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was established. Shatoujiao was included in the special economic zone.
In October 1984, the Shatoujiao District Office was transformed into a management district.
In January 1990, Shatoujiao management area was merged into Luohu District.
In November 1997, it was separated from Luohu District and under the jurisdiction of Yantian District.
On June 18, 2002, Shatoujiao town was abolished and Shatoujiao street and Haishan street were established. The scope of management of the original Sha Tau Kok town is divided into two East-West streets from the middle dividing line. The middle dividing line is the intersection of Yantian District and the Wutong Mountain of Luohu District from north to south, the boundary of the south to the great Shahe estuary, the Sha Tau Kok Street in the West, and the seamount street in the East.

Transportation
The seamount street is located in the eastern part of Shenzhen. East has Hui Yan and Yan Ba expressway through Longgang and Huizhou. West Wutong Mountain two-way tunnels and Rosa Panshan highways are connected with the city center, and southwest via Sha Tau Kok port land directly to Hongkong. There is Metro Line 8 (Yantian line) passing through the territory.

Yantian folk song
Yantian folk songs refer to Hakka folk songs, Jiulong folk songs, fishing songs, weeping wedding songs and so on, which are widely spread in Yantian area. They have a history of more than 300 years and have unique characteristics. They are not only different in tune, but also sung in Hakka dialect, Cantonese dialect and Fulao dialect.

Wutong Mountain national Forest Park
Wutong Mountain has a long history. As early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties, "Wu Ling Tianchi" was known as "eight scenes of Xin'an". Today, "Wutong smoke cloud" has been awarded the "eight scenes of Shenzhen" with its unique charm. Wutong Mountain national Forest Park was listed as a national scenic spot by the State Council in 2009.
Yantian coastal plank road (Haishan section)
Yantian waterfront plank road, with a total length of 19.5 kilometers, is connected with the blue sky and blue sea of Meisha and Meisha at one end, and with the "one street, two systems" century old culture of "Zhongying Street" at the other. In March 2007, Shatoujiao Bay landscape plank road project was completed and opened to the public.
