BEIXIANG Township, which belongs to Lechang City, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province, is located in the north of Lecheng city and reaches Lechang City in the south. The highway mileage is 6 kilometers and the area is 93.6 square kilometers. In 2017, the total population of North Township was 11977.

Before the Tongzhi reign of the Qing Dynasty, the North Town belonged to guoxidu. After Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty, BEIXIANG was changed. In 1987, the town was built. As of June 2020, eight administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of BEIXIANG township. No. 15, Fuqian Road, the town people's government.

History of construction

After Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty, BEIXIANG was changed.

In 1929, it was the Fifth District of Lechang county.

In 1941, it was renamed BEIXIANG.

In 1949, it was a district of Lechang county.

In 1961, BEIXIANG commune was established.
