Qunfeng Township
Qunfeng township is located in the Middle East of Hongjiang City, adjacent to Xuefeng Town, Wanxi Township, Maodu Township and Shibao township of Zhongfang county. At the foot of Xuefeng mountain, Qunfeng Township governs 10 village committees, 69 agricultural cooperatives, with a population of 8875 (2017) and an area of 68 square kilometers (2017) .

The area has a subtropical humid monsoon climate with an average annual temperature of 15.7 ℃, a frost free period of 261 days and an annual rainfall of about 1000 mm.
Forest resources
The area of forest land is 1500 hectares, the volume of standing trees is 106540 cubic meters, and the forest coverage rate is 39.5%. Pinus massoniana, Cunninghamia lanceolata, cypress, poplar, birch and so on are the main forest. The main fruit trees are walnut, pear, chestnut and Mihoutao. The annual output of dry fruit and fruit is more than 300 tons. The main economic tree is Qinggang tree. There are nearly 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine materials, with an annual output of more than 20 tons.

There is a hydropower station in the township, with an installed capacity of 450 kW, annual power generation of 1.2 million kWh and on-line power of 1 million kwh. The 10kV high-voltage transmission line connects all villages. Mobile communication signals cover the whole Township and surrounding areas. There is a post and telecommunications office, with an installed capacity of 1000 telephones. Now 258 have been opened, which can communicate directly with all parts of the country and abroad. There are 9 villages in the township, 69 villager groups are all electrified, 66 groups are connected with roads, the cumulative length of rural roads is 78 km, there are 150 wireless TV sets, 400 cable TV households, and 150 terrestrial TV signal receivers in the township.
