Laohu reed farm

Gouhu reed farm belongs to Yuanjiang City of Yiyang City, with a total population of 6205 people in 2010 (2010), including 130 cadres and workers, with a per capita net income of 3200 yuan. It has a total area of over 230000 mu (about 154 square kilometers) of rivers, lakes, continents and lakes. The annual output of reed is about 100000 tons. The products are exported to Hubei, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu, Guangdong and other provinces and cities. With a gross national product of 45.6 million yuan, it is the largest reed production area in Southeast Asia. The site is located in the happy embankment of hexingzhou, belonging to the key reclamation area of Datong Lake. Xingfu embankment covers an area of 6400 mu, which was built in the winter of 1970. In 2013, Jinsha was found in the river sand of the lake. Located in the southeast of Datong Lake area, it is a natural reed production base. In the 1950s and 1960s, it provided a large amount of paper-making raw materials for Tianjin paper mill. The suitable area for reed growth is 500000 mu, and it can provide 250000 tons of paper-making raw materials every year. At the same time, it has beautiful scenery all the year round and is a tourist attraction to be developed.

Regional development

In 2002, the field Department formulated and issued preferential policies for attracting investment. Jinye food factory, Shun'an Industrial Company and Lulin Tengfei company were registered and settled down successively, and 320 laid-off workers were resettled. The rural construction and greening construction in the embankment is an advanced unit in China, with the forest coverage rate reaching more than 55%. With the rapid development of communication industry, more than 2000 households have installed more than 1200 program-controlled telephones and more than 800 mobile phones.

One Huzhou general station has 6 professional reed stations: Hexing, Xinglong, xiasaihu, donghunao, fishery and longtangou. One reed science and technology station has forestry management station, power management station, staff hospital and comprehensive management office in embankment There are six units in the field, including water conservancy management station, police station, chuohu joint school, chuohu passenger station of Hunan airlines, chuohu navigation mark station of Waterway Bureau and chuohu branch of Yuanjiang credit cooperative.
