Sixingang town is located in the south of linli County, with a population of 43920 (in 2017), under the jurisdiction of sixingang and Baizhi.

It governs 22 villages and 1 community including swan, Fengtai, Qinglin, Zhaiyang, Zhuyuan, Majia, Maohua, Yangliu, Baicao, Zhuri, Laowu, longquanyan, Qizhang, Dadang, Shenyan, loufang, Yongfeng, Shuangjiu, Guniu, Yutai, Caijia and Qingming, 253 villager groups and 43920 people (2017).

In 2015, Baizhi Township and sixingang town formed a system and merged to establish sixingang town. The newly established sixingang town has jurisdiction over 46 villages and neighborhood committees of sixingang community, with a total area of 194.11 square kilometers (in 2017) and a total population of 43920 (in 2017). The town people's government is stationed in sixingang (the former resident of sixingang Town People's Government).

Economic situation

In 2006, the town achieved a total of 172 million yuan of GDP, an increase of 10% over the previous year; 23 million yuan of investment was in place; 2.3 million yuan was invested by the township and village levels; 4.5 million yuan of fiscal revenue was achieved, an increase of 8% over the previous year; the per capita net income of farmers reached 2353 yuan, an increase of 7%. The birth rate was 9.14%, and the natural growth rate was 3.32%.

In 2014, the town's GDP reached 557 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12%, the total fiscal revenue was more than 14.4 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 20.2%, and the per capita net income of farmers was 7853 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.7%.

The celebration of July 1 was held in sixingang town. Nearly 800 party members of the town held a meeting in the auditorium of sixingang town middle school. It puts forward five requirements: to set an example of keeping pace with the times and being brave in innovation; to set an example of being diligent and responsible; to set an example of taking the overall situation into consideration and uniting and cooperating; to set an example of caring for the masses and being diligent for the people; and to set an example of being honest and clean. Third, we should grasp the opportunity to promote scientific development.
