Xinkaipu Street

Xinkaipu street, belonging to Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is located in the south of Tianxin District, covering an area of 6.41 square kilometers, with a population of 106445 (2010), governing 5 communities and 2 villages.

Xinkaipu street is bounded by Chiling road street in the north, Xiangjiang River in the west, Wenyuan street in the East, heishipu street and Qingyuan street in the south.

There are 14 colleges, universities and scientific research institutes in xinkaipu sub district, as well as more than 30 enterprises and institutions, such as provincial human resources and social security department, Provincial Construction Engineering Group, Valin Group and Mingde middle school.

The origin of the name

Xinkaipu used to be a post station on the ancient road from the South Gate of Changsha to Xiangtan. In ancient times, in order to deliver official documents and military newspapers, the government built post roads between important cities and towns. On the way, there were post shops for changing horses or sleeping.

Evolution of organizational system

The new Kaipu Street area originally belongs to yuhuating Township in the suburb of Changsha City (now yuhuating street in Yuhua District). In 1996, the city's zoning was adjusted, and Shiren village, Xinkai village and fishing ground in yuhuating Township were included in Tianxin District. The next year, new Kaipu street was set up. In 2012, xinkaipu street was divided into xinkaipu street and Wenyuan street in Tianxin District. Xinkaipu street has jurisdiction over Xintian community, Qiaotou community, xinkaipu community, baoziling community, Xintian village, Shiren village and other four communities and two villages. on November 14, 2012, Mulian community was established.

Baoziling community

It is located at the junction of xinkaipu city and suburb, covering an area of 2. It covers an area of 75 square kilometers, with a total population of 5000. It mainly consists of 13 resident groups and one party branch. Baoziling community has 12 staff members, including labor and social security staff, family planning staff, urban management staff, comprehensive management staff, sports staff, etc. The center has 600 square meters of service position, with office, Party building activity room, police room, book reading room, culture and entertainment room, family planning service room, fitness and entertainment room, etc.

Xinkaipu community

Located in the southwest of xinkaipu street, Xinyao North Road in the East, Shuyuan South Road in the west, 1103 factory in the South and wire rod factory in the north. It covers an area of 1. 5 square kilometers, with 15365 permanent residents. Under the jurisdiction of the unit has Changsha Machine Tool Plant, Hunan Machine Tool Plant, Changsha Machine Tool Foundry, South Bridge anjucheng, Renhe home, Xiangjiapo school more than 20. In July 2012, due to the adjustment of Tianxin District Street area, new Kaipu community added Bolin Jingu, Xinyue home and CDC.

Qiaotou community

Located in the forefront of "expanding the city and prospering the South" in Tianxin District of Changsha City, it is the bridgehead of Tianxin ecological new town. It is subordinate to xinkaipu sub district office of Tianxin District. It is adjacent to south 2nd Ring Road in the north, mulianchong road in the south, Furong South Road in the East and Xiangjiang River in the west, with an area of 1. 2 square kilometers, with a total of 2906 households and a population of about 10000. Xintian community

Tianxin District is located in the South and west of the new frontier, the total area of the community is 0. It covers an area of 15 square kilometers and consists of two resettlement communities, Xintian and Lijiang Cuiyuan. There are 1800 households with a total population of 5200. There are no enterprises or institutions in the area under its jurisdiction. It is a pure residential community. There are 9 staff members in the community, including 8 members of the Communist Party of China, 2 with bachelor's degree and 7 with college degree. Xintian Village

It is composed of five large groups of villagers and 11 groups, with a total of more than 1700 people, including one group: xinkaipu group, maojiachong group, wangjiachong group, two groups: jigongzui group, three groups: xiongjiaxiang group, Xiangjiapo group, xiuye group, four groups: shujiaqiao group, chengtangchong group, five groups: longtanwan group and gantangpo group.

Shiren Village

Covering an area of about 1.8 square kilometers, it is composed of eight villager groups, with more than 2300 registered agricultural households and 4500 floating population. Since 1998, nearly 80% of the houses in Shiren village have been demolished, and two resettlement communities, Rongyuan and Xinlong, have been built, covering an area of 130 mu, with 166000 square meters of living resettlement houses and 1582 resettlement population indicators. Shiren village community park was opened in 2009, with a total planning green area of 8000 square meters. It was built by the government at a cost of more than 6 million yuan. The park takes "Shiren" as the main body, with small bridges and flowing water and beautiful environment. It also brings great convenience to residents' life, leisure and cultural activities. The name of the village originated from the famous teacher Zhuang Tianhe, who was the mentor of emperor Shenzong of Ming Dynasty. After his death, the emperor Shenzong was buried heavily, and specially mobilized two stone carvers to place them on both sides of the tomb, waiting for the mentor forever. Then the emperor ordered that all officials who passed in front of the mentor's tomb must get off the sedan chair and the military officer off the horse. This measure was widely spread among the people at that time, and until today, the name of "Shi Ren Chong" comes from it.
