Xiaoguanying Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Gaobeidian City, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Gaobeidian City, facing xinlizhuang town and Xinqiao Town across the Daqing River in the East, Xincheng town in the south, Fangguan town in the West and gaoguanzhuang town in Zhuozhou City in the north.
