Maoli town

Maoli Town, Shayang County, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, is located in the southeast of Shayang County, on the shore of the long lake of Jianghan Plain. It borders jiyukou town of Qianjiang City in the southeast and guanyinlong town of Jingzhou City in the southwest. It is a "Golden Triangle" that spans three cities (Jingmen, Jingzhou and Qianjiang).

There are many lakes in the town, known as "the town of five lakes, the land of fish and rice". There are 68808 mu of aquaculture water in the town. There are shuangdian River in the artificial river section. In addition, there are five artificial river sections, including the route of diverting water from the River to Han, Jianghan route, dalugang, Xijing River and Tianguan River, which pass through the north, East and south of the town.

There are "one great site", "four ancient tombs" and "six temples" in Maoli town. Jingjiacheng site, located in group 4 of Fuhuang village, is a Neolithic site, which contains Daxi Culture, Qujialing culture and Longshan culture.
