Dayan Industrial Park in Yicheng city is located in the southwest of Yicheng city, with a total planning area of about 14 square kilometers. In August 2008, Dayan Industrial Park was designated as a provincial circular economy pilot park by Hubei provincial government. It is a fine chemical industrial park supported by Xiangfan municipal government. After several years of development, there are 18 Enterprises above scale in the park, including 9 enterprises with an output value of over 100 million yuan. It has initially formed five pillar industries of phosphorus chemical industry, light textile raw materials, papermaking, pharmaceutical chemical industry and fine chemical industry, with main products and annual production capacity of 300000 tons of phosphorus ore, 400000 tons of calcium superphosphate, 100000 tons of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, 200000 tons of compound fertilizer, 300000 tons of sulfuric acid, 200000 tons of monoammonium phosphate, 50000 tons of viscose staple fiber, 3000 tons of cellophane, 60000 tons of cotton pulp and 20000 tons of high-grade toilet paper 2500 tons of dinitrotoluene, 50000 tons of high strength corrugated paper, 2000 tons of methanesulfonamide, 10000 tons of antimicrobial peptides and enzymes. In 2010, the output value of the park reached 2 billion yuan and the tax revenue reached more than 15 million yuan.

In 2010, the output value of the park reached 2 billion yuan and the tax revenue reached more than 15 million yuan.

The location of the park is superior. The park is located in the middle of Xiangfan and Jingmen, 60km away from Xiangfan City, 19km away from Yicheng city, 65km away from Jingmen City, 7km away from Xiangjing Expressway and 207 National Highway, 21km away from Yicheng wharf of Hanjiang River. Jiaoliu railway passes through the center of the park, so the traffic is very convenient.

The guarantee of development elements is strong. First, there is a large reserve of industrial land. More than 5000 mu of non cultivated land and general cultivated land can be used as construction land, about 3000 mu of non cultivated land without basic farmland, and nearly 2000 mu of industrial land can be directly used. Second, the infrastructure is perfect. The Dayan station of Jiaozhou Liuzhou railway is set up in the park, which can ensure the logistics transportation. The total annual handling capacity is 2.8 million tons. The power supply is sufficient. Now it is equipped with 8000kVA, 35kV and other power transmission and transformation facilities. The 110KVA substation is under construction, which can guarantee the power demand of enterprises. The daily water supply capacity of the park is up to 100000 cubic meters. The annual supply of natural gas by China Resources Natural Gas company is 25 million cubic meters. The industrial sewage treatment plant with daily treatment capacity of 100000 cubic meters is under construction. At the same time, the road construction in the park is in full swing Further improve the investment environment of the park. Third, the logistics transportation is convenient. Shangdayan railway freight station of Jiaozhou Liuzhou railway is set up in the park, with an annual handling capacity of more than 1 million tons. The warehousing and logistics center project of Hubei Dongfang Chemical Co., Ltd., which is under preparation, has a total annual railway freight throughput of 1.8 million tons, which provides great convenience for goods in and out of the park.

Yicheng Dayan Industrial Park has a solid industrial foundation, huge development potential, obvious advantages and extremely broad prospects. In the next five years, Dayan Industrial Park will vigorously carry out investment promotion and dedicated service project construction with more perfect infrastructure, more efficient service and better investment environment, and strive to reach more than 40 enterprises in the park at the end of the 12th Five Year Plan, forming a 10 billion yuan fine chemical industrial park.
