Dishiying town

Dishiying Town, subordinate to Weixian County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Weixian County, adjacent to Guxian Township in the East, Qiuxian County in the south, Guangzong County in the West and Mingzhou town in the north. It is 7.3km away from Weixian County People's government, with a total area of 82.44km2.

In 1949, dishiying town belonged to the seventh district of Weixian County; in 2016, it was changed from dishiying township to dishiying town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 46631. As of June 2020, dishiying town has 42 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the people's Government of dishiying town is located at No. 18, Fazhan Road, dishiying village.

In 2018, there were 36 industrial enterprises in dishiying Town, including 5 above scale enterprises and 18 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In 1949, it belonged to the seventh district of Weixian county.

In 1953, the township of dishiying was built, belonging to a district.

In August 1958, it belonged to Dongfanghong commune, which was the management area of dishiying; in November of the same year, it belonged to Weizhen commune.

In May 1961, it was founded from Weizhen commune.

In January 1984, tishiying commune was changed into tishiying township.

In January 1996, chengzhizhuang township was merged into dishiying township.

In 2016, it was changed from dishiying township to dishiying town.
