Shiyan is a typical mountainous city. More than 92% of the total land area of Shiyan is mountainous, known as "nine mountains, half water, half farmland". In contrast, due to the constraints of development space and the "siege" of traffic conditions, the development speed of the west is relatively slow compared with that of the East, and there has been little change in Hongwei and Huaguo areas for many years.
