Shuangliu Street
Shuangliu street is located in Xinzhou District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. It is in the south of Xinzhou District, adjacent to the Yangtze River in the south, facing Ezhou, Zhangdu Lake, Qixian lake and taojia Lake in the north, Tuanfeng County in Huanggang in the East and Yangluo Development Zone in the West. Shuangliu gorge, the ancient name of Shuangliu gorge, is rich in tall willows, and the homonym of "Liu" and "Liu".

Historical evolution
In 1949, it belonged to Yangluo District of Huanggang county. After Xinzhou county was set up in 1951, it belonged to Shuangliu, Chejia, gulong, Wangpu, dwarf forest and other townships of twelve districts (Yangluo). LIUZHEN district was set up in 1955 and merged into Yangluo District in January 1956. In August 1956, the district system was abolished, and a Liuzhen guidance group was set up, which governed Liuzhen, Wanglin, Yindian and Dabu townships. Changjiang (Shuangliu) commune was established in 1958. In 1984, Shuangliu district was changed to include Liuzhen, Dabu and Longkou, Yindian and Wanglin. In July 1986, the Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs agreed to abolish the Agricultural Management Office of Zhangdu Lake in Xinzhou, assign its jurisdiction area and Binhu village of Fengpu township to Dabu Town, and adjust Dabu town from district town to County town, with an area of 115.97 square kilometers and a population of 20717 in 4495 households. In November of the same year, Shuangliu District, LIUZHEN Town, Longkou Town, Yindian town and Wanglin town were abolished, and Shuangliu town was established, with the town government stationed in Liu Zhen. In 1996, Shuangliu town covers an area of 47 square kilometers and has a population of 38000. It governs 22 administrative villages of Qiuhu, Yangfan, Longkou, Shazui, gouwan, yuanwan, Yindian, Shuangpu, Zhangzhou, Weitang, Wangpu, Wanglin, Sunhu, Xiaolin, Yanglin, zhoumeng, Dachen, Sunzhu, Liuzhen, Sunhong, Chejia, Gulong and one neighborhood committee of Longshan. Dabu town covers an area of 116.5 square kilometers and has a population of 22000 It has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages including xibaihu, dabaihu, lishuyuan, huangnizhou, Dawuji, wanjiazui, yaojiatang, digou, Chenlu, Mayi, diaowei, Dabu, Zhenbei, Binhu, Xihu, lianhufan, Jiahu, qitouzui and xitanhu. In December 1999, Shuangliu town was abolished and Shuangliu street was established. In May 2001, Dabu town was abolished and merged into Shuangliu street. In 2004, the office is located in Liuzhen, with a population of 59682 and an area of 158.53 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over Longshan, Dabu and Shuiyun neighborhood committees, Qiuhu, Yangfan, Longkou, Shazui, gouwan, yuanwan, Yindian, Shuangpu, Zhangzhou, Weitang, Wanglin, Sunhu, Xiaolin, Yanglin, zhoumeng, Wangpu, Dachen, Sunzhu, Liuzhen, Sunhong, Chejia, gulong, xibaihu, dabaihu and lishuyuan There are 41 administrative villages, including huangnizhou, Dawuji, wanjiazui, yaojiatang, digou, Chenlu, Mayi, Dabu, diaowei, Zhenbei, Binhu, Xihu, lianhufan, Jiahu, qitouzui and xitanghu.
