Luojia Mountain
Luojia mountain, formerly known as Luojia mountain, is also known as Kashan mountain. The current name of Luojiashan was changed by Wen Yiduo, the first Dean of the school of Arts at national Wuhan University. Luo means hard stone; Jia means headdress worn by ancient women. The homonym of "Luojia" and "Luojia" implies the difficulties of building a school in Luojia mountain. Luojia mountain is located in the eastern suburb of Wuchang, Hubei Province. Towering across the mountains, lush flowers and trees, beautiful buildings, located on the shore of the East Lake, the scenery of mountains and waters, complement each other, becoming a group of beautiful scenery, far and near. The altitude is 93 meters. In the East, the foot of the mountain rises and falls, the huff and puff twists and turns, the lake water slaps, the spray beads splash jade; the hillside is beautiful, the trees are green, the brocade of exotic flowers, the fence is scattered, and the houses are elegant; every year when the cherry blossom is in full bloom, the falling Ying is colorful and intoxicating. From the mountainside to the top of the mountain, the forest is deep and dense, shaking green and flying green, covering the sun and the moon, deep and secluded. Above and below Luojia mountain, there are huge rocks, steep rocks, winding paths, and birds singing. Wuhan University is located in the west of Luojia mountain. It is built close to the mountain and has rich architecture. There are many langtao stones in the water near the mountain and lake. Nearby, there are revolutionary memorial buildings such as the June 1 Memorial Pavilion and the tomb of the June 1 martyrs, as well as sports facilities such as navigation club and swimming pool, which make the mountain more brilliant and magnificent and increase visitors' appreciation. Cherry Blossom Road of Wuhan University is located under the former Institute of science and the old library. The branches of cherry blossoms on both sides of the road are strong and well arranged. From March to early April every year, the flowers are full of branches. The cherry blossom period is only one week. Every time it falls, the colorful cherry blossoms spread a shallow "flower blanket" for the earth. In the flowering season every year, there is an endless stream of visitors.
