Chenjiaji Street

Chenjiaji Street Office of Jiang'an District People's government is the agency of Jiang'an District People's government; chenjiaji Street Working Committee of Jiang'an District CPC Committee is the agency of Jiang'an District CPC Committee, which works with chenjiaji Street Office of Jiang'an District People's government.

Geography

Chenjiaji street, located on the North Bank of the Yangtze River in the northeast, is a small alluvial plain with water on three sides and land on one side. In the northeast, it is at the junction of Huangpi Feikou farm and Wuhu farm. In the south, it is adjacent to the Yangtze River and faces Tianxingzhou across the river. In the west, it is adjacent to Fuhe River. In the north, it is adjacent to Hanbei River and faces Wuhu farm. There are xinxinhe bridge and Zhujiahe bridge connecting the central city of Wuhan and Wuhu farm of Huangpi respectively, and Hanshi highway runs through the whole area. The total area is 10 square kilometers. It is the only agricultural street in Jiang'an District.

history

From July 1949 to autumn 1950, the temporary government of chenjiaji was established, from autumn 1950 to June 1952, and from June 1952 to the end of 1953, the township government of chenjiaji 17 District of Huangpi county was established; from spring 1956 to August 1956, wutongkou township was changed into lianhan farm of Hanqiao district; from 1958 to may 1966, the party organization was in the development stage; from May 1966 to February 1975, it was called Yan'an commune From February 1975 to January 1979, it was changed to Hanqiao District chenjiaji branch; from May 1979 to 1983, it was changed from Hongshan District chenjiaji commune to Hongshan District chenjiaji township government; in February 1985, it was designated as Jiangan District chenjiaji Township People's Government in the spirit of "city with suburb"; on December 18, 2000, it was withdrawn from the township to build streets and became Jiangan District chenjiaji district office .

industry

Chenjiaji street has 4000 mu of perennial vegetable garden, with an annual output of about 9000 tons of vegetables and about 8000 tons of listed vegetables. About 150 tons of fresh fish are produced, and about 3000 pigs are sold every year. There are nearly 50 enterprises with a total output value of 200 million yuan. With the rapid development of the primary and secondary industries, the tertiary industry has also developed steadily. There are 154 agricultural vehicles and 88 passenger and freight vehicles in the street. There are more than 300 restaurants, shops, haircuts, building materials and other industries set up by individuals, with an annual output value of 80 million yuan. In particular, the transportation industry has developed rapidly. From tractors to agricultural vehicles to passenger and freight vehicles, it has become chenjiaji village（ (2) confirmation of the economic development of villagers.

In 1988, our street was rated as the advanced unit of vegetable base construction in Wuhan city; in 1996, it was rated as the "meritorious group" unit of flood control and fighting by the municipal Party committee, municipal government and municipal police district; in 1998, it was awarded as the "meritorious unit" by the municipal Party committee, municipal government and municipal police district; in 2000, it was rated as the "non-toxic community" in Wuhan city and the top 100 in Hubei Province Township (84th).

With the withdrawal of the highly polluting chemical industry from the historical stage, the quality of air and water environment in the region will be greatly improved. There are chenjiaji country park, towering metasequoia and good vegetation beside the road, shady trees and elegant environment. It is adjacent to the largest ecological agricultural park in the city, modern vegetable garden and modern agricultural garden in Wuhan, with good air quality. The transportation is convenient and the location advantage is obvious. With the completion and opening of Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge and the commencement of Wuhan Erqi Yangtze River Bridge, the traffic location advantage of chenjiaji area is highlighted. Located at the important node of the central ring road, the connection of the central ring road makes the overall development potential of Wuhu ecological agriculture development zone and Yangluo Economic Development Zone full. As an important node connecting the core area of Hankou and the emerging development area, its development will be driven by both ends, and its economic location advantage will be strengthened day by day.

Two oriented society

The construction of "two oriented society" in Wuhan city circle provides opportunities for the development of chenjiaji region. Wuhan, as the core area of comprehensive reform pilot of "two oriented society", under the framework of "two oriented society", can boldly reform and innovate, and strive to eliminate the institutional obstacles that affect the development. The municipal government is also implementing the strategy of national entrepreneurship, and Jiang'an District has made a decision to focus on the construction of "two oriented society". It will no longer lay out production and processing industrial enterprises in the central urban area, and gradually move industrial enterprises to the ecological urban industrial areas on the edge of the urban area, such as Jiang'an, Dijiao and Xingfuyuan. According to the latest urban master plan of Wuhan, Huangpu new town will appropriately mix industrial and residential land. As an important part of Huangpu new town, chenjiaji, a middle-class City, is adjacent to the Yangtze River and Zhujiahe river. It has rare shoreline resources and can develop waterfront economy. Chenjiaji, which is in the late developing advantage of waterfront development, has more and more advantages. The development of the coastal areas along the Yangtze River and the Han River in the downtown area has been basically completed, and the development of the chenjiaji coastline has just begun. Tianxingzhou, located in the middle of the Yangtze River between Qingshan and chenjiaji, has unique scenery resources of jiangdao. Its development has been put on the agenda gradually. Chenjiaji is close to Tianxingzhou, and its coastline is flat and open. It has become a necessary passage from the North Bank of the Yangtze River to Tianxingzhou, providing a prospect for the development of tourism and related service industries.
