Pishui Street

Pishui street, located in the west of Biyang County, is the economic and cultural center of the county. Tangxi Road, Gongye Road, Huayuan Road, North 2nd Ring Road, West Ring Road and other urban trunk roads divide the jurisdiction vertically and horizontally. The total area of the street is 48 square kilometers, and the urban area accounts for 50% of the county. It governs 14 neighborhood committees with a population of 83000. In 2014, the financial revenue of the whole street reached 23 million yuan, ranking in the forefront of the county in terms of comprehensive economic strength.

Pishui street was officially established in January 2013. It is composed of four neighborhood committees in Huayuan Township, two in pishui Town, one in Pangu Township, five in Shewan Town, one in shuangmiaojie Township and one in yangjiaji township. It also governs the industrial agglomeration area of Biyang County.
