Lidazhuang Township

Located in the southeast of Xihua county, the township government is located in lidazhuang, 17 kilometers away from the county. It has jurisdiction over 19 village committees, including lidazhuang village, Fengqiao village, Yanlou village, Wangying village, ertai village, Liji village, zhangwuying village, Luzhuang village, beiwangzhuang village, zhangshiyuan village, Zhaowan village, shibukou village, Huanglou village, Wangzhai village, Liuzhuang village, Lizhai village, Yanggang village, Yuanzhuang village and Tangpo village. 59 natural villages, covering an area of 44.63 square kilometers (2017). The cultivated land area is 41600 mu with 39879 people (in 2017).

brief introduction

In the middle of Ming Dynasty, the Xue family moved here. Because of the flourishing population of Li family, it formed a big village, so it was named. In 1948, it was divided into four districts. In 1956, the abandoned district was set up as the Central Township of lidazhuang township. In 1958, the people's commune was established. In 1961, it was renamed as lidazhuang district. In 1964, it was renamed as lidazhuang commune. In 1984, it was changed into township. In terms of natural conditions, Shahe River and Yinghe River pass through the territory from west to East, and three quarters of the land lies in shajiahetao. The terrain is flat, and the soil is silt, mixed soil and sandy soil.
