Historical evolution
In the Qing Dynasty, he was the governor of Xigeli and received three guarantees. in 1924, it belonged to the ancient town Bao and the temple Bao in Dongzheng district. In 1924, it was divided into three districts under the jurisdiction of 17 Bao. In 1924, it belonged to the ancient town until liberation. In February 1949, it belonged to Gucheng district (renamed as four districts in May). In 1956, it was set up as the Central Township of sanpisi. Original name
Before Ming Dynasty, Sanpi temple was called Sanpi shop. It got its name because it was located in a ridge, under the four sides and shaped like an umbrella.
