Lishui sub district office of Luoshan county was established on June 20, 2016. It has jurisdiction over eight administrative villages (residences) including Liutai, Shaowa, Gaowan, Caoyan, ChenWan, Xinghe, Xicheng and Zhaoyuan, with a total population of 50879. The office covers a total area of 31.3 square kilometers, starting from civil administration road in the New District in the East, nangan town in the west, Youdian Township in the north and Zilu town in the south.

Lishui sub district office is the agency of the county government. In addition to performing all the functions of developing economy, social stability, ensuring people's livelihood and Party building undertaken by the township, it also focuses on performing the responsibilities of land acquisition, relocation, urban planning and construction management undertaken by the former Luoshan New District Management Committee.

Approved by the county editorial board, Lishui sub district office has 20 administrative staff (including 9 section level leadership posts); 3 internal organs (Party and government office, economic development office, Social Affairs Office); 2 local organs (police station, judicial office); 4 affiliated institutions (community service center, cultural service center, family planning service center, Civil Affairs Office); and 3 work departments of the county government There are 3 institutions (Finance Institute, land and Resources Institute and Construction Institute).
