Dongtuanbu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Laiyuan County, bordering Laishui County in the East, Wulonggou Township in the south, Shangzhuang Township in the West and caogoubu Township in Yu County in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 10.5 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 21.9 km, with a total area of 194 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Dong Tuan Bao Township registered residence was 15191.
In 1953, dongtuanbao township was built. In September 1958, dongtuanbao commune was established. In February 1983, it was restored to dongtuanbao township. As of June 2020, dongtuanbao township has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in dongtuanbao village.
Dongtuanbao Township mainly produces corn, millet, naked oats, potatoes and so on. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of dongtuanbao township was 18.99 million yuan, the total industrial output value was 55.62 million yuan, and the total financial revenue was 1.79 million yuan.
