Hanguguan town

Hanguguan town is located in the northern suburb of Lingbao City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Hengling in the west, the Yellow River in the north and hongnongjian River in the East. It is adjacent to Dawang, Chengguan, Xiyan and other towns. There are Lianhuo expressway, Zhengzhou Xi'an high-speed railway and Sanling express passage passing through. It is the birthplace of Laozi's Taoist culture, and has more than 20 scenic spots due to its ancient cultural and historical origins. Now because of its natural advantages and regional advantages, its agricultural economy, transportation and communication have been fully developed.

On July 28, 2017, Hanguguan town was selected as the second batch of small towns with Chinese characteristics.

Historical evolution

In 1969, Chuankou, juezhen, Jiaocun and Xiyan set up a group to build Potou commune. In 1982, it was renamed beipotou commune. In 1983, it was changed to township. In 1994, it was built in Hanguguan town. In 1997, it covers an area of 52 square kilometers and has a population of 25000. It governs 16 administrative villages, including andI, bidi, Liangcun, beipotou, Xiliu, Wangduo, Majiazhai, liwanyuan, housang, leijiagou, Mengcun, Diantou, pozhai, Xizhai, Dongzhai and baijiazhai.

Geography

Hanguguan town is located in the northern suburb of Lingbao City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Dawang town and Chuankou town in the East, Jiaocun town and Xiyan Township in the west, Lingbao City in the South and the Bank of the Yellow River in the north. It is the golden triangle of the Yellow River in Henan, Qin and Jin Dynasties.

It covers an area of 60.55 square kilometers (2017), with 20575.5 mu of cultivated land, 10755 mu of garden land and 8850 mu of forestry land. Hanguguan town was originally named beipotou township. In 1994, with the approval of the people's Government of Henan Province, Hanguguan town changed its name because of the ancient Xiongguan, which stands here.

Location context

Hanguguan town has obvious advantages in natural conditions. The annual rainfall is 650mm, the annual average sunshine time is 2300 hours, the average temperature is 16 ℃, the annual accumulated temperature is 3200 ℃, and the average frost free period is 260 days. It is a subtropical continental climate. The soil type is sandy clay and brown loam, with deep plough layer and high multiple cropping index. The crops are double cropping or triple cropping in a year.

Hanguguan town has developed transportation, obvious regional advantages and complete communication facilities. The exit of Lingbao City Station of Lianyungang Huojiang expressway is located in the territory. The transportation of Lingbao City highway is convenient. Buses can directly reach towns and tourist areas. The program-controlled telephone can directly reach large and medium-sized cities in China and more than 180 countries and regions in the world.

economic construction

（1） Agricultural economy

(1) Food production. In that year, the sown area of grain in the town was 1911 hectares, with a total yield of 6.304 million kg. The sown area of summer grain is 990 hectares and the yield is 3.181 million kg.

(2) Fruit production. In that year, 77.2 hectares of fruit trees were newly planted, 202 hectares of tree shape were transformed, a new orchard management demonstration village was built, and 137.5 million apples were bagged. In that year, the total output of fruits in the town was 27.545 million kg, including 24.22 million kg of apples.

(3) Forestry production. In that year, 100 hectares of cropland was converted to forest, including 66.67 hectares of cropland, 40000 jujube trees were planted; 33.33 hectares of barren hills were planted; 266.67 hectares of fast-growing and high-yield forests were planted. At the same time, 110000 jujube, poplar and persimmon trees were replanted on the farmland returned in 2004.

(4) Vegetable production. Focusing on 8 villages, including waidi, andI, Xiliu, Liangcun and Potou, 16 hectares of open-air vegetable and vegetable protection land were added on both sides of the expressway connecting line, 12 new vegetable varieties were introduced and 5 new technology projects were promoted. The total output of vegetables in the whole year was 3.836 million kg.

(5) Edible fungus production. Focusing on five mushroom production demonstration villages such as andI, Xiliu and Potou, 850000 bags of edible fungi such as Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Auricularia auricula were cultivated. During the year, Hanguguan town was awarded the demonstration base of edible fungi production by the Provincial Department of agriculture.

(6) Animal husbandry production. In that year, the newly added waidi village was a specialized village for animal husbandry, and four large-scale farms including andI zhangjielin laying hens farm, Mengcun zhangzanhui laying hens farm, Mengcun lizhengshe laying hens farm and housangjiao BangYang laying hens farm were added, and 30 specialized breeding households were added. Taking Mengcun, Potou, Xizhai, leijiagou and liwanyuan as demonstration sites, we should take the road of promoting the development of animal husbandry by forestry and grassland. In that year, the grass planting area of the town reached 400 hectares. During the year, 1702 large livestock, 6286 pigs, 4315 sheep and 45901 poultry were sold; at the end of the year, 5040 large livestock, 6597 pigs, 4534 sheep and 52833 poultry cages were kept.

（2） Small and medium sized enterprises and non public economy

In that year, Xinshang invested 280 million yuan in one industrial project, i.e. 100000 tons oxygen lead smelting project of Zhishen lead industry Co., Ltd.; Xinshang invested 1.3 million yuan in one industrial project, i.e. andI liuqimin sand and stone plant; Xinshang invested more than 100000 yuan in three industrial projects, i.e. Baoan sand and stone plant, fuban sand and stone plant and gaichao sand and stone plant; and East West cooperation and investment projects Two, Liangcun chicken farm with an investment of 1.5 million yuan and Mengcun zhangzanhui 30000 egg chicken farm with an investment of 1.5 million yuan; one technical transformation project, Potou hezhangxiang sand and stone factory, was completed, with an investment of 500000 yuan, adding excavation equipment and improving production efficiency. In the whole year, the town introduced 43 million yuan of capital, including 12 million yuan from the province and 31 million yuan from outside the province. In that year, the output value of industries above Designated Size reached 149 million yuan, an increase of 39.5% compared with 1065.85 million yuan of the previous year; the industrial added value reached 30.56 million yuan, an increase of 37.2% compared with 22.27 million yuan of the previous year; the realized profit reached 25.21 million yuan, an increase of 41% compared with 17.87 million yuan of the previous year; and the tax paid was 2.5 million yuan. The total output value of non-public industry was 178.42 million yuan, the added value was 72.8 million yuan, an increase of 32.6% over the previous year's 54.9 million yuan, and the tax paid was 2.25 million yuan. In terms of labor export, a total of 4500 workers were transferred in the whole year, of which 2100 were exported, and the labor income was more than 30 million yuan.

History and Humanities

Historical allusions

Hanguguan town is rich in tourism resources. Hangu pass, a famous pass at home and abroad, is located in Wangduo village of the town. Hangu pass is the birthplace of Chinese Taoist culture. Five thousand words of Tao Te Ching was written in Hangu pass. The purple air comes from the East. The moving legend of Jiming and Goujiao has been praised so far.

The national AAAA tourist attraction is located in Wangduo village of the town, covering an area of 16.5 square kilometers. The main scenic spots include Taichu palace, Daosheng palace, Taoist health garden, sutra collection building, Zhanzi building, jimingtai, stele forest, wax museum, museum, guanlou, ancient road of hanguan, etc.

Hanguguan is the holy land of Spirit Valley where Laozi, a great thinker and philosopher in ancient China, wrote Tao Te Ching, the great work of the Taoist school. It is the birthplace of Taoist culture. It is the gateway to Chang'an and Luoyang in the West and the intersection of Central Plains culture and Qin Jin culture. It is also the strategic fortress for thousands of years, and the historical stories and lessons of Ziqi Donglai and Jiming hanguan The origin of the legend. In the long history, famous people (Laozi), famous works (Daodejing) and famous customs (Hanguguan) have been kept in the history of Qing Dynasty, and they have been broadcast abroad.
