Cuiyun road street is located in Luolong District of Luoyang City. It is located in the core area of Luoyang New District, with a total area of 4.6 square kilometers, starting from Longmen Avenue in the East, Wangcheng Avenue in the west, Kaiyuan Avenue in the north and Guanlin Avenue in the south.
