Xiaoliu Town, belonging to Mudan District, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Mudan District, adjacent to huangbi town in the East, wudian town in the south, Gaozhuang town in the West and Shiji Town in juancheng County in the north. The area is 60.34 square kilometers. In 2018, 60756 people registered residence.
In 1958, the satellite commune was established. In 1959, it was renamed Xiaoliu commune. In December 1983, when the village was built, it was changed to Xiaoliu town. In June 2020, Xiaoliu town governs 38 administrative villages.
