Shiliwang Hui town, Yucheng City, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the western urban area of Yucheng City, with a total area of 57 square kilometers and a cultivated area of 41000 mu. Shiliwang Hui town is located in the west of the main urban area of Yucheng City, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. It is one of the four minority towns in the province, and the only minority town in Dezhou City. It is named after Dayu's prospect of ten li water regime.
