Hengyuan street is located in the junction of East and West urban areas of Linyi, across 104 National Highway, with superior location and convenient transportation. Up to now, 460 million yuan has been invested in infrastructure construction, and "eight links and one leveling" have been completed, including road, water supply, sewage discharge, power supply, communication, heat supply, cable TV, broadband network and land leveling. Green coverage rate reached 36%. There are a 30000 T / d water supply plant, a 40000 t / D sewage treatment plant, a 110 kW substation and a 1 × 12 MW thermal power plant in the area. The 4 × 12 MW thermal power plant is under construction. Provincial standardized schools, residential areas, catering and entertainment, medical services and other supporting service facilities are complete.
