Jinwan square is located on the South Bank of Haihe River in Heping District of Tianjin. The first phase of the project is a European style building complex close to Haihe River and facing Tianjin station.

Surrounded by Haihe River in the East and North and Jiefang North Road in the west, it is located in the Old French concession. The architectural style is consistent with the historical buildings in the surrounding original concession. As a landmark area of Tianjin Financial City, Jinwan square started construction in 2008 and completed the first phase of the project.

As one of the 20 key projects of service industry, Tianjin landmark building group Jinwan square is located in the center of Heping District. Haihe River is on the East and north sides, facing Tianjin station across the river, Jiefang North Road on the West and Chifeng Road on the south. It covers a total area of 12.5 hectares, with a construction area of about 760000 square meters.

The project is divided into two phases. The planned land area is 4.9 hectares, with a total construction area of 171000 square meters, an aboveground construction area of 95000 square meters and an underground construction area of 76000 square meters.

With European style as the architectural feature, the first phase brings together 60000 square meters of high-end catering and entertainment businesses such as Jinwan Grand Theater, orange crystal hotel, China Film International studios, Baihe Huatang private dishes, Baihe Huatang wedding planning service center and Conference Center, Ludwig 1308 German beer bar, etc.

The second phase of Jinwan Plaza has a total construction area of 530000 square meters. It is a high-end business district, including high-grade business office buildings, high-grade apartments, hotels and businesses. The newly built construction area above ground is 362000 square meters, and the underground construction area is 128000 square meters. It will be the second highest landmark building in Tianjin with a height of about 300 meters.

Jinwan Plaza Phase I project started on November 27, 2008, completed the structural construction in March 2009, completed the construction of the main building at the end of May, and opened on September 28. The whole process of construction, investment promotion and decoration was completed in less than 300 days.
