Boshan town

Boshan Town, subordinate to Boshan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, is located at the intersection of Boshan, Yiyuan and Laiwu. It is adjacent to Yuanyuan town in the East, nanlushan town in Yiyuan County in the south, Miaoshan town in Laiwu City in the West and Shima town in the north, with an administrative area of 134.93 square kilometers.

In 1958, commune was registered residence for the southern Boshan commune; in 1984, the South Boshan commune was divided into the South Bo Shan town and the lower Zhuang township; the Boshan commune was divided into Bebo mountain township and Guo Zhuang township; in 1992, the township of Hezhuang township was merged into the north mountain town; the 2010 was the merger of the town of BeiChan town with the South Boshan town; the Boshan town had 39669 registered population as of the end of 2018; as of 202, In 1990, Boshan town had one community and 37 administrative villages, and the town government was located in the East Village of nanboshan.

History of construction

In 1958, it was the residence of nanboshan commune.

In 1984, nanboshan commune was divided into nanboshan town and Xiazhuang township; Beiboshan commune was divided into Beiboshan Township and Guozhuang township.

In 1992, Xiazhuang township was merged into nanboshan Town, and Guozhuang township was merged into Beiboshan town.

In 2010, Beiboshan town and nanboshan town merged to form Boshan town.
