Located in the east of Shibei District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. It governs five communities.

Historical evolution

In 2008, Fushan New District street was set up, with jurisdiction over Fushan houer community, Siqu community, Liuqu community (the first three communities were originally Fushan Houqu community), Shuguang shanse community and Huguang shanse community. The former fushanhou community affairs Acceptance Center (hereinafter referred to as fushanhou community) is the agency of the district government. Located in the east of Shibei District and the north of Fushan, it starts from Jinsong 4th Road in the East, faces Yinchuan West Road in the south, reaches the west wall of No.1 community in the West (there is no road name at present), borders Hefei Road in the north, and borders Hefei Road Street in the East, West and North, covering an area of 1.43 square kilometers. At the end of 2006, there were 14717 households with a population of 40308, including the first, second, fourth and sixth neighborhood committees. At the end of 1990s, Qingdao carried out a large-scale transformation of shanty towns in the old urban area. Some of the residents moved here. On March 15, 2001, according to the "reply on the establishment of fushanhou community affairs Acceptance Center in Shibei District of Qingdao city" issued by the organization establishment committee of Shibei District of Qingdao City, fushanhou community was officially established, with its office located at No. 25, Fuyuan 1st Road (later moved to No. 6B, Tongan 2nd Road). In 2004, it covers an area of 2.56 square kilometers and has a population of 40000. It has jurisdiction over four neighborhood committees. In 2008, the first community of fushanhou community was classified as hongshanpo street; the second community, the fourth community and the sixth community were classified as Fushan New District street.
