Zhangzhuang Road Street

Zhangzhuang Road, formerly known as airport road, starts from the north end of Wei 12 road in the East and ends at the north end of duandian North Road in the West. It is 3689 meters long and was built in 1926. During the Japanese puppet period, a 6-meter-wide cement concrete road was built from the east end to the intersection of duandian North Road. It is a township level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Huaiyin District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, China.

Renovation was carried out from December 1946 to March 1947. In 1963, we did asphalt surface treatment. In 1981, according to the technical standard of urban trunk road, the 2899 meter long section from wei12 road to duandian North Road was reconstructed into asphalt concrete road. The width of the roadway is 15 meters, and the shoulder width of the earth road on both sides is 2-4.5 meters. In order to retain the original trees, the 550 meter long carriageway east of duandian North Road was built to be 14 meters wide. The roadway is asphalt concrete pavement. Including the reconstruction of Xingji bridge, the total investment is 2.3409 million yuan. In October 1985, the eastern suburb municipal engineering management and maintenance Institute assisted the airport troops to rebuild the section from the north end of duandian North Road to the airport barracks into a 7-meter-wide asphalt concrete road
