Fubei Town, subordinate to Linchuan District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the northwest of Linchuan District, facing Xiaoqiao town and Chengxi street across the river in the East, Wenquan Town in the South and Zhanping town in the northwest. With an area of 15 square kilometers, it governs 3 communities, 3 administrative villages, 19 natural villages and 28 village groups. History of construction

During the period of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of six districts of Linru County, Zhanping Township and Wenquan township.

In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhanping Township and Wenquan Township in the six districts of Linchuan and Huanggang Township, Linjiang Township and Shijing Township in the eight districts of Linchuan. In 1958, the territory was under the jurisdiction of Zhanping commune and Wenquan commune respectively. In May 1960, Jinping commune was established, all of which were under the management of Jinping commune. In May 1966, Beizhan commune was established. In 1967, Beizhan commune was reformed In June 1969, Jinping village, Yangpo village, leibishi village and xiaoxiqiao village were under the jurisdiction of Sixin commune; in November 1980, they were renamed Beizhan commune; in July 1984, Beizhan commune was changed to Fubei town.
